This subject aims to facilitate students the learning and application of a methodology for the realization of an Internationalization Project, which addresses the main questions that a company faces when developing a marketing or implementation strategy in foreign markets.
Internationalization Projects are carried out based on real cases of product/service exporting companies, which decide to undertake the opening of a new market, understanding the market as a country, with some exceptions, in a previously determined geographical area (Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, etc.).
Alternatively, students may develop a project based on the challenges that companies must face when expanding abroad.
