Contents
This course provides concepts and tools to apply in international project management that can generate a substantial change in the way objectives are being met. This course seeks to strengthen participants' capacities in project management for development so that projects can be effectively and efficiently executed in the internationalization area.
Learning outcomes
HAB RA09 Design an internationalization plan for a specific organization in a particular country
HAB RA10 Implement and evaluate the internationalization policy of a company.
HAB RA11 Manage projects in the international field.
