  • Antitrust legal system in EU and Spain
  • Antitrust and industrial property rights
  • Unfair competition legal system

  • Ability to understand and contextualize the legal competition system
  • Ability to apply legal rules in competition
  • Ability to use specific legal language in competition
  • Ability to evaluate different solutions to different competition problems
