The subject is organized in three units:
•The first one deals with the main basic concepts and methodological aspects of financial valuations.
•The second one studies the behavior of the different types of financial annuities and perpetuities.
•Finally, the third one is dedicated to examine long-term financial operations. In particular, is dedicated to the study of repayment loans.

The proposed assessment system is as follows:
a) Recoverable activities (60%):
Final exam: 60%
To pass the course it will be necessary to obtain, at least, a 50% over the final mark of the exam.
b) Non-recoverable activities (40%)
Individual evaluation exercises (Unit1, 2, and 3): 20%
Teamwork activities: 15%
Computer lab activities (Unit 1, 2, and 3): 5%
